At Outdoor America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include any promotional materials or accessories that came with the order.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
